Airtel V-Fiber Broadband Service is launched in Mumbai, which offers speeds up to 100Mbps and will be rolled out to 87 other cities in India. This service was first launched in Chennai, than Bangalore and Delhi-NCR area. Airtel also announced that unlimited free voice calling that was earlier available on select broadband plans will be extended to all customers.
Airtel V-Fiber Broadband Service is the promise of speeds up to 100Mbps on regular broadband lines. Existing broadband users will not pay any additional charges on their monthly rental plans for the service, however, will need to spend extra on a compatible modem.
Airtel is providing new V-Fiber compatible modems and adds that the modem charges will be completely refunded if the customer is not satisfied with the service in the first month.
Both existing and new users can register for V-Fiber services via the company’s dedicated site, and plans for new users start from Rs. 899. The company notes new subscribers can avail a 3-month unlimited offer.
