Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X is expected to launch in January to come with a brand new Snapdragon 653 SoC and paired with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage.
Xiaomi’s Redmi brand become quite popular in India and it is making a killing in the Indian market with its value-for-money Redmi Note 3 and Redmi 3S Prime.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X is like a variant of the Note 4. This upcoming smartphone will come with Snapdragon 653, which is a minor update to the Snapdragon 652 and 650, along with 4GB RAM. The only doubt right now is on the Qualcomm processor that Xiaomi would incorporate in the Redmi Note 3 successor.
The smartphone offers a faster X9 LTE modem, a higher clock speed of 1.95GHz (up from 1.8GHz), adds support for dual-cameras and up to 8GB RAM.
Rest of the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X specifications such as screen, RAM, camera and battery capacity are expected to be the same as seen in the original model, and it is expected to be released in India next month with prices starting at Rs 11,999.
